Payment Terms for Programming Services

• Initial Payment: 50% of the amount upon signing the contract.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% before uploading the site to the hosting, within a maximum of 10 days after completing the final version.

In case of non-payment, the company has the right to withhold the site and notify you with an additional 7-day grace period before terminating the contract via SMS to your registered number, email, or a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to your address.

Payment Terms for Marketing and Design Services

• Full Payment: 100% of the amount upon signing the contract.

Refund Policy

• Deduction: 10% of the refunded amount after transfer and before starting the work.
• Non-Refundable: Paid amounts are non-refundable after starting the work.

Full or Partial Refund: Full or partial refunds may be issued based on a decision by the company's legal affairs department in case of any shortcomings by the company in any contract terms or delays in delivery beyond the agreed-upon date.
Contract Execution Period

• Excludes official holidays and vacations.
• Excludes any days waiting for the client's response in case of a review request from the team or if the client requests a grace period to add modifications.
• Starts from the next working day after the initial payment is transferred.

Additional Costs
Additional amounts will be agreed upon with the client for any additions outside the agreement, an invoice will be issued, and the work will commence after the full amount is paid.

Confidentiality and Security
COD AYM is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of clients' personal and financial information according to the highest security standards.

Electronic Contracts
When entering into any contract via the COD AYM website, this contract is considered legally binding for all involved parties.
